Westor — Terms of Service

1. What Westor is (and is not)

Westor is a tool for analysing markets — stocks, ETFs/funds and crypto — for

informational and educational purposes only. It shows technical analysis,

scores, levels, scenarios, estimates and similar automated output to help you do

your own research.

Westor is NOT:

asset or strategy;

Using Westor does not create any advisory, brokerage or fiduciary relationship

between you and us. We do not know your personal circumstances and nothing in the

app is tailored to them.

2. No advice — you decide

All content is general information and automated analysis, which may be

inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Scores, price targets, support/resistance

levels, scenarios, "outlooks", AI-written notes and any other output are

estimates and opinions generated by algorithms, not facts or promises.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Before investing you should

do your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from a **licensed

professional** who can consider your individual situation.

3. Investment risk — you can lose money

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westor, its operators, owners and

suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage — including any **investment

consequential or special damages** — arising from or in connection with your use

of, or reliance on, the app or its content, including any decision you make.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as

liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to use Westor lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, to

provide accurate information, and not to misuse, scrape, attack or attempt to

gain unauthorised access to the service. You are responsible for complying with

the laws and tax rules that apply to you.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally

able to enter into these Terms.

8. Subscriptions

Without a subscription you are on the free plan, which gives limited access —

currently a set number of Discover ideas per day and full analyses per week, as

shown in the app. We may change what the free plan includes.

Premium features require a paid subscription, billed through Apple. Prices,

billing and renewals are shown at purchase and governed by Apple's terms; manage

or cancel in your App Store account. See the Privacy Policy for what we store.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will ask you to re-accept

before continuing to use the app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, and disputes fall to the
